Ahoy there, surfers and beach lovers! Get ready to catch some gnarly waves with your Maine surf forecast fresh off the press. Let's dive in and see what the ocean has in store for us!

Starting off in Coastal Rockingham, where Portsmouth and Hampton beaches await you with sunny skies and low UV index today. The temperature will be in the mid-50s, accompanied by west winds at around 15 miles per hour. Surf height is around 2 feet, and the water temperature is a cool 57 degrees. Keep an eye on the tides, with Hampton Beach showing a high of 9.8 feet and a low of -1.0 feet.

Looking ahead, Thursday brings more sun, slightly higher temps, and a surf height of around 1 foot. And get ready for Friday through Sunday with surf heights around 3 feet and sunny skies ahead!

Over in Coastal York with beaches like Old Orchard and Wells, the story is pretty similar. Mostly sunny weather, low UV index, and a slight increase in surf height to around 3 feet. Water temperature at 57 degrees, so remember to keep warm! Tides at Old Orchard Beach high at 10.5 feet and low at -1.1 feet.

For our friends at Coastal Cumberland hitting Scarborough and Higgins, it's all about that sun and surf! With surf heights around 3 feet, northwest winds at 15 miles per hour, and a fun-filled weekend ahead with highs in the lower 60s.

To our beachgoers at Sagadahoc with Reid State Park and Popham, expect a mix of sun and lower temperatures with surf heights ranging from 1 to 4 feet. And keep an eye out for those tides at Popham Beach high at 9.5 feet and low at -0.9 feet.

And last but not least, our friends at Coastal Waldo with Moose Point State Park can enjoy mostly sunny days with west winds and surf heights around 1 foot. Keep an eye on tides at Moose Point State Park with a high of 12.0 feet and a low of -1.1 feet.

Remember to stay safe, watch out for rip currents, and have a blast riding the waves! This has been a Quiet Please Studios audio creation with the help of AI. Please subscribe and never miss a Swell! Thank you for listening.
