It takes Uranus 84 years for it to return to the place it was at your time, place and date of birth. It moves at a steady pace and every 7 years, it creates a 're/birth' in your evolution.

Maybe you have seen the change that your child goes through as they hit 7. They begin to move from being more homebased, to being more externalised

Similarly as a young teen reaches 14, they begin to rebel somewhat as they want greater levels of freedom and autonomy.
