On a project, the work environment is dynamic and stressful, and Conflict is a common occurrence, due to various reasons. Whenever two or more stakeholders have different opinions or interests, it can cause conflicts.

If appropriately managed, conflict resolution can build trust and sometimes bring new ideas and opportunities.
