Tyler and Philip discuss the pros and cons of email marketing, how to setup an email list, and briefly some segmentation strategies for those emails. Both agree that if your haunt does not have an email list, you should get one immediately. However, Tyler sees audience engagement moving away from email lists into SMS and messaging, while Philip believes email will be prominent for a long while.
