Denise Whittington, a Realtor at Corcoran Perry & Co. servicing the Denver-Metro area, has the unique ability to breathe life into a home and make any size space feel warm and inviting. Her passion for turning a house into a home naturally extends to her clients, whether it's staging a house for sale or helping her buyers to visualize comfortable and welcoming new spaces to call their own. Beyond her knack for decorating and her thoughtful attention to detail, she's also known to be a tough (but fair) negotiator, going to bat for her clients' needs. Denise's passion for the welfare of the community is expressed through her dedicated service to both local and national nonprofits. During her tenure as a spokesperson for the American Red Cross and a Community Chairperson for Bonfils, she established the first Broncos Blood Drive, a tradition that continues today. She has also served as chair on the Advisory Council for her children's school with a mission for the health and safety of all students and remains active in various community and charity fundraisers, including Denver's Annual Greek Festival and neighborhood food drives. Additionally, she is a regular volunteer with Samaritan House, an active member of the Daughter's of Penelope, and the Denver Ballet Guild.
