While McDonald's has celebrated a half-century in Germany as one of the restaurant chain’s largest markets, its breakfast offerings have not always been top-of-mind in a country where people traditionally frequent their 40,000 local bakeries.

Yet, through an initiative called “Good Morning, Germany,” McDonald’s presented the allure of their breakfast options in ways never done before-- to change habits and drive strong results.
