In today’s episode of Fuerte and Fearless, Jeanette is joined by Diana Anzaldua LCSW-S, who is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Trauma-Resilient Therapist, the Founder of Contigo Wellness and owner of the award winning health and wellness center; Austin Trauma Therapy Center. She is a social change activist and influential leader in mental health equity and reform. Diana and her clinical expertise have been featured in a number of publications such as: Bustle, Hello Giggles, Vice, Vox, PBS, The BBC, NASW, Social Work Advocacy, Yahoo, and The Atlantic Journal. Diana currently serves on the Boards for Con Mi Madre, Amala Foundation and the Clinical Social Work Association. Join us as we discuss Diana’s life story, from being a teen mom at the age of 14, to her path as a successful therapist and business owner.
