Alrighty folks, it's time for your Coastal Waters Forecast for Florida, brought to you by the National Weather Service in Miami. I'm here to keep you in the know about what to expect out on the water.

Today, we've got some sunny skies mixed with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Winds are coming in from the west and will be around 10 to 15 miles per hour. Seas will be calm with waves at 2 feet or less. The Intracoastal waters will be a light chop, perfect for a smooth ride.

Tonight, the winds will shift to the north and stay between 5 to 10 miles per hour. Seas will be slightly higher at 2 to 3 feet, still manageable for your water adventures.

Looking ahead to Tuesday, we'll see a mix of sun and clouds with a slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning. Winds will be coming in from the north-northeast at 5 to 10 miles per hour, keeping seas at 2 to 4 feet with a chance of increasing to 5 feet at times.

As we move through the week, expect more of the same with easterly winds, calm seas, and the possibility of some showers and thunderstorms. Keep an eye on the weather if you're planning any water activities.
