Most of us decide to make a change in life when things are not going well. Turns out, that is not the best time. When times get really hard, our mental resiliency is not at its peak, and so the time to making lasting changes is not ideal.

We know that in life there are always going to be ups and downs. Those who weather the hard times best will be focused on making positive lifestyle changes when things are well, so they are better prepared for the inevitable hard times.

But don’t get discouraged, you can still conquer and overcome. 

In today's episode I sat down with my friend Kylie Van Luyn. Kylie is a psychotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, emotional intelligence coach, and human rights consultant. She is also the founder of Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global. She helps people find  transformative growth to help them build the capacity to overcome personal and business challenges and reach new heights. 

In todays episode her and I talk about what a mindset is , and the complexities of making shifts toward more positive mindsets that empower us to become more.
