Hey friend! Welcome to yet another episode of Minisode Monday! Today I am doing things a bit differently. Instead of just 10 minutes, this one goes to about 20 mins. Also, instead of a quick tip, I am telling you my story, my thoughts, and my solution when it comes to all the racial division in our country. I am excited to have this conversation with you. This is definitely a touchy subject, to say the least, but I feel passionate about mending this divide as well as helping people see the same thing through a different lens.
Lastly, don't forget about my new venture with podcasting coming up next month! May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I am planning on coming to you 33 times!! Yes, you heard right. Along with my usual two monthly episodes, I am recording 31 short episodes where I will be sharing with you 31 different ways for you to be healthier mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
