mostra másTalking about our trauma is so hard because there is shame involved. Shame for both ourselves and those involved. Without sharing our trauma, though- we think we are alone and we can be too ashamed to reach out for help.
In this episode, I share about my personal trauma and healing journey. My goal is to help at least one person to feel like they’re not alone and know that there is a path to healing. I don’t go detailed events, but please know that there is talk of physical abuse and addiction in this episode. If this easily triggers you, please do not listen.
