So many of my white friends and colleagues truly want to understand this whole #blacklivesmatter crisis, but are too timid and embarrassed to get into the details. So today, with empathy, compassion respect and true desire to educate, I begin my BLM series of podcast episodes that bring you into my life, my history, my thoughts and my experiences as a black woman to help you understand - with complete candor -the experience.
