The guest host for today's show is Brad Bannon. Brad runs Bannon Communications Research, a polling, message development and media firm which helps labor unions, progressive issue groups and Democratic candidates win public affairs and political campaigns. During the second half of the show, Brad leads a political round-table with the Dem List's Kim Scott, and progressive activist Mark J. Grimaldi.

The roundtable analyzes why Democrats failed to win congressional and down ballot races this election cycle, and what they can do better in 2022.  The trio also discusses how Americans voted on 2020 ballot initiatives regarding healthcare, marijuana, abortion, and more.
