David is a Navy veteran who turned a heartbreaking event into becoming one of the most trusted voices online in homebuyer education. His loan was declined 2 weeks before he and his fiancé were scheduled to close on their home (6 weeks before their wedding). Although tragic at the time it became a fortuitous fork in the road. He went all in on learning mortgage guidelines, becoming the ultimate home buyer educator so no one would have to experience what he went through. Seven years later David is one of most versed real estate professionals around when it comes to breaking down housing market news and mortgage guidelines.
