Many years ago I explained that when there is a takeover of ideology, freedom of speech is targeted first. Whoever does not go along with the mainstream is banned. This happens once you speak against the establishment. I speak about the snowball effect of the takeover. Later we are speaking about hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico and the escape. I recall the silence in the raging storm. Finally our conversation turns to Dieting and the struggles with losing weight. I explain how taking away fats & replacing them with sugar is the reason why most Americans are overweight. The government has lied to us, not only about politics but about our health and nutrition.
