I was horrified by these intrusive thoughts that haunted my whole life off and on. After finding help and finding out that OCD was an illness , that gave me comfort and power over this horrific mental struggle. I can recall when I told my therapist that I would prefer to have cancer as my illness than OCD. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and after being through numerous chemotherapy treatments, I still standby that statement. The Meier clinic has been a blessing from God to save my life in 1997 and helping manage this mental illness.

I remember when I almost committed suicide in 1997 Meier clinics in Wheaton took me in with them when zi called their office in desperate need of help. Thou shall not murder means yourself too
