In 2002, Steven Davis was living in the Philippines with his wife and two children. He owned his own computer programming business and his income meant that he could live a life of luxury in the island nation. At least that’s how things seemed on the outside, but that year a tragic event would reveal the cracks in a relationship that already had questionable beginnings.
