Continuing the "Finding Joy In Life" series, today's theme is part 2 of "How To Manage Stress." Last week's message was that we get joy from Jesus forever, relate with gentleness always, and understand that Jesus is close to us. This week we can learn to not be anxious about anything by refusing to give in to worry. We can be at peace in everything by trusting God to care for us. We can reduce our stress by controlling our thoughts and being faithful in the way we live by focusing on the right things and practicing these things that Jesus laid out for us.
