Based on some of my recent experiences, I've learned that Personality Assessments are important when you're trying to build healthy working relationships.
Always being made to feel that you are wrong, need to change or not be who you are in your relationships, is not health. It's important to gravitate to personalities that are complimentary to your own.
Exercise:
Take some time to assess what personalities are complimentary or contradictive to your own. Make healthier choices in relationships based on the information you've gathered.
