Episode 22: Five Weeks Deep
Yeah it’s been a month or more. And in that time period we’ve watched some pretty creative writers, producers, actors, comedians and musicians step through the dark clouds with some pretty amazing art.
Let’s be honest here. A lot of the Coronavirus focus has been put on the adult lifestyle. I mean social distancing is a total whack in the heart of local national and regional culture. Ummm what about the kids? Joy Cho’s got a new book series is gonna totally get the little people active in their creative imaginations.
Sharing a conversation with Mike Rowe’s mom is something you don’t get to do every day. When you do, it’s going to be pretty down to earth and incredibly comfortable. She’s been writing for decades which led me to asking if this moment of Coronavirus stoppage is truly proving to be a great time for first time writers to put the pen to paper?
