The Jefferson County Town of Brookside has been accused of being part of a policing for prophet scheme that is alleged to have deprived many of is residents of both property and dignity. This week on Viewpoint Alabama John Mountz talks with Brookside resident Michelle Jones, Alabama Representative Juandalynn Givan and also Attorney Jaba Tsitsuashvili with the Institute for Justice and the class action lawsuit that has been filed on behalf of the people who have been effected by the policing practices of the Brookside police department.
