Dr. Jess wears many hats - caregiver to her disabled parent, caregiver to her child on the autism spectrum, wife, mother, entrapreneur.... all while dealing with her own multiple sclerosis diagnosis. She has used her knowledge from her PhD in Chemistry to study and understand the effects of stress on mental and physical health.
