Heather and Rachel discuss their individual journeys through postpartum depression and anxiety. In this episode we are open, we are vulnerable and we are real. It was hard to talk about and you can tell by the tears and the moments of silence trying to catch our breathes but it is important to share our stories. If our stories help even just one person to feel heard, to feel seen and to feel validated, we reached our goal. Motherhood can be hard, add the struggle that comes along with a mental illness into the scenario and its a whole other story. That's why we are here talking about. That's why we share what we went through, how we felt, what we did or are doing to get help! You are not alone and we are here if you need us!
