It was hard to talk about and you can tell by the tears and the moments of silence trying to catch our breathes but it is important to share our stories. If our stories help even just one person to feel heard, to feel seen and to feel validated, we reached our goal. Motherhood can be hard, add the struggle that comes along with a mental illness into the scenario and its a whole other story. That's why we are here talking about.
