This week I'm talking about how the importance of loving yourself. There is a broad spectrum of opinions surrounding this topic.
However, serving the population of women that I do, I am a firm believer in self love. I don’t believe it has to be a narcissistic quality. Instead, I believe it's simply loving yourself as God created you and seeing yourself as he does. It’s a clear view of accepting yourself as a sinner in need of a savior and owning your weaknesses as well as your strengths. I think you can know where you fall short without beating yourself up, and also, love the strengths that God gave uniquely to you. You can thank Him for those strengths and use them to bring glory to him.
