Descripción
This week I am pulling the curtain back and demystifying the subject of network marketing. The good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between. Don't worry if you're not...
mostra másIf you are in any type of network marketing, direct sales, multi-level marketing, or consumer connected business, this is the episode for you. I give you a tangible action plan for growing a purpose-filled business.
Develop an ACTION PLAN:
1. Go back to the beginning. Where was your passion, where was your excitement, where was your zeal? Where was your desire to share this opportunity with everyone? Go back there and lets create the action plan of what it looks like to share this with everyone now.
2. Choose which avenue of sharing the business works for your network and craft your action plan around that. If it’s events, go all in on those. If it is One on one, coffee & convos, do those. If you are an Instagram influencer, go all in there.
3. Find which platform works for your market. A perfectly curated Instagram feed doesn’t speak to stay at home housewife. This may speak to a millennial, but a stay at home mom wants to see your authentic life on Facebook.
4. Develop a business mindset through personal development.
5. Find the right type of team members & market to them.
WHAT NOT TO DO
Do not duplicate. **Imitate**
Duplicate=. exactly like something else, especially through having been copied.
Imitate= to follow as a pattern, model, or example
Copy or pasting is as bad as trying to be someone else that you’re not. What you do need to do is find the actions that someone successful in your company has taken. Follow those steps. Don’t copy them. Instead, find your own way along the same path.
2. DO NOT SPAM
Don’t add people to Facebook that you don’t know without having had previous interaction with them.
Don’t send “cold-call” messages immediately without forming some type of relationship.
