mostra másChase was in the Navy for several years in his early 20s where he found drinking very much part of the culture.
In his own words, Chase has an addictive personality but is able to hit a switch and turn it off when it comes time to do so.
He was able to gauge this when he realized alcohol was affecting his health & fitness - which was his chosen career direction.
When Chase was introduced to the Enlifted style of coaching, his whole world changed for the better. The importance of words and the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves became a huge part of his life and his coaching style.
Chase released the 'Primal Man Pathway' program earlier this year and is prepping for his Group #2 to start on August 1st.

"Chase is a men’s life & fitness coach & his Primal Man Pathway Program helps men finally become proud of the man in the mirror – both on the inside & out. With fitness as a staple in his house growing up, he learned the value of daily movement & resistance training at an early age. Directionless & bored in school, he joined the Navy after 4 years of “trying” college. After the Navy, he found his passion in helping people and ran a boutique personal training gym for 8 years. He now serves men online using language and stories to demolish their inner critics and help them build the body – and life – of their dreams."
