His visit to the Apple Store makes matters worse after taking the device out of the protective case so they could replace the battery and waiting for the Expert to assist. He grabs his iPhone only to have it meet the Cement Floor of the Apple Store! APPLE!! Why not have thick shag carpeting!? The discussion takes a turn to switching devices and upgrading, what are the curves involved to a new device. Andy also uses the opportunity to stress on a high quality case for your devices and never remove them!

Andy’s new pre-owned vehicle from a dealer came with the phone book of the previous owner. Andy becomes the creeper looking for photos on Social Media from the previous owner.
