Carter is a 17 year old goalie with the OHL Owen Sound Attack. who although only stands at 6'0 is able to play much bigger than what you expect from a guy with his current frame. Through 17 games played Carter is averaging a 2.87 goals-against-average, a .908 save percentage and 2 shutouts.
