The FBI document Rob Clark talks about is RIF# 124-10282-10260 and available at Mary Ferrell site.

The confidential stamp on it is not on any other JFK record. I was told Dick Russell put it on his copy of the document as he wanted to hold on to it and research it further. It is not from any intellignece agency. I tried to find it in Archivs II. I ran into Malcolm the day I was looking for this document. He was highly skeptical of it. Robert Groden thinks it is real and put it in his latest book, "Absolute Proof." He claims he found it sometime during his HSCA days. I'm very skeptial of that. He never mentioned this document until about 2004 of so when it was bouncing around the internet. If he found a copy then he should have a copy without that "Confidential" stamp on it.
