Who is Sandra Williams?
Sandra Williams is a retired teacher with 30 years of teaching experience. She has taught grades 1, 3, 4, and 5. She is the Owner/CEO of Alpha Kids, Inc. Her website, alphakidsinc.com, contains many teacher resources such as lesson plans, used books, editable materials, PowerPoints, and much more. Sandra has shared reading strategies that increase reading test scores with hundreds of teachers across America. She has also developed a musical phonics program called Launch Into Phonics. The phonics program includes a teacher’s guide, a downloadable MP4 player, and a student book. The teacher’s guide is written in English only or in English and Spanish. She is the author of the book Teaching in the Trenches. She shares the hilarious and heartbreaking accounts of her journey as a teacher and the positive effects of discipline and classroom management.
