Jeannine Bogard's passion for gardening began at the young age of 5 when she started learning the basics of growing vegetables from her neighbor who was a retired farmer. As a graduate of Michigan State University, Jeanine has a B.S. in Horticulture with a Vegetable Science emphasis. Through her involvement with the National Garden Bureau and All America Selections, she enjoys working with this non-profit as they trial and promote the best the industry has to offer. She has been involved with the National Garden Bureau and All America Selections her entire career and was President of the National Garden Bureau and a former AAS Edible Trial Judge. The National Garden Bureau has been inspiring and educating gardeners for over 100 years.
