On today’s episode, Ashley is joined by Jackie Brubaker, accomplished writer-producer, podcast host, author, speaker, singer, two-time Emmy Award winner, and human relationship specialist who is currently working toward her license as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Jackie has a natural ability to help people open up and share their story in a way that inspires others. Jackie hosts the popular podcast, That Girl, (which amassed over 100K downloads in its first year!) where she brings on inspiring guests for informative conversations on topics including self-development, psychology, spirituality, and relationships.
Jackie also recently began her speaking career, debuting at the She Who Wins Summit in Connecticut in 2022, where she and Ashley instantly made a soul sister connection.
“As you start to develop yourself, and you’re listening to personal development podcasts, books, and everything, you start to see the gap and the misalignment in some friendships. Oftentimes, people have to let go and release the friendships that are not serving them.”
