We've all had one of those days when everything seems to be running smoothly then someone stops by for a moment and drops a thought into your process of living. You do everything to shake off their words. You didn't want to truly react to their message because being nice means not being judgmental while the giver is standing right there. Their thought came with hooks and man it finds a way to attach itself to your every breath. On this podcast we leap into the daily written words put into action on October 30, 2016 where I talk about how I was told to keep digging. Keep digging? Why would someone tell me to keep digging? Because I live a lifestyle of living in the present there was no way I was gonna go into a past overtaken by challenging changes and experiences. Yet I could hear the persons words, "Keep digging." In the daily writing I took on the thought. I wanted to know its purpose and reason only to realize the mind body and soul were already doing it. In fact we're all guilty of it. Questioning our purpose and reason. We want it handed to us right now. I mean they don't sell it at Walmart or on Amazon so just give it to me! Keep digging. Our system of choices and experiences are extremely cluttered that if you were given the chance to take a tour of your inner core you wouldn't fit. There's too much in there. One of my pet peeves is when someone says, "You've got to have an open mind and heart." No! Being open is like having no virus protection on your computer. Keep digging. There's so much in your thinking process that you actually stink. Keep digging. Not to hold onto memories but to rid yourself of what you don't need. Keep digging. Move beyond the challenging times that brought you pain. Keep digging. Get past what you felt was an incredible victory. Keep digging. Clear your place in the present so that newer experiences have room to grow. Keep digging.
