David Powell is a 41 year old retired union electrician.
He was raised and worked in the Chicagoland area and now
lives in SW Florida.

Remote Viewing

In 2017/2018, David heard about the military Star Gate program.
He began to study the subject. He read many books
about it, such as „Reading the enemy‘s mind“ and „The
essential guide to remote viewing“. Later, he came across the
Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) manual in the CIA library.
His interest was now fully awakened and he found connection in various Facebook groups on the subject. One of the key
moments was realizing that finding a competent and capable instructor would be the challenge.

Training

He found this in Paul H. Smith, as he teaches the most true to
form, Ingo Swann Controlled Remote Viewing methodology
on the planet. This is how the Ingo Swann legacy scholarship
came about. David received his formal CRV training at R.V.I.S
by Paul H. Smith in Utah.

Operational Remote Viewing

He is involved in scientific projects for further research of
remote viewing with the PSI.vision institute and works as an
operational remote viewer for real world targets at PSI Core.
