Rest.

How can we rest properly as a business owner? Especially when we are the only ones running our business?

We get real today because Lord knows we need to figure this rest thing out soon.

Rest should not be a guilt-inducing process. We each deserve opportunities to rest in our daily and weekly schedules. If we don't, we burn out, and what good is that to our clients?
