I got to see "Ghost Busters After Life" tonight. Amazing how they integrated a CGI version of Harold Ramis into the movie, even hugging characters, facial expressions in reaction to other characters . . . amazing.

So . . . even if you honestly do not use it but are creative in your own right, some algorithm determines that what you made just had to be generative A.I., you suffer the consequences even if you did nothing wrong.

You Tube has made new guide lines as of March 18th that you must declare whether or not you have any A.I. generated content in your videos. If they deem that you have used it and you claim you have not, you can get your content removed and you can be banned.
