This week we are taking it back to one of the first interviews I recorded for the podcast. It was with Gregoire "Greg" Tillery of WeDat's (formerly WeDat's Chicken and Shrimp).  Our conversation was recorded in 2018 and, to date, it is still mentioned as one of the most inspirational.
