Shelly is the owner of the Old Paulding County Jail which she purchased in 2015. She is a member of the Paulding Chamber of Commerce, the Eagles and the Moose organization. She is the owner of 187 P.I. which is a paranormal research company that launched in 2014 and operates in part, out of the jail.
