The cream of the CFL crop has been thinned further, with the elimination of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. RWB co-host Joe Pritchard places an epitaph for his Bombers and looks optimistically (cautiously) toward 2017 – though Winnipeg must take care of possibly the league’s most important free-agent signing first…
