We have Region 4 President, Michael Evans! Tune in if you live in the area or just want to hear how Region 4 is coordinating the world of EM! IAEM-USA Region 4 serves Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee..Michael Evans is the IAEM-USA Region 4 President and currently serves as the Deputy Director for the Mobile County Emergency Management Agency in Alabama.
