Rowdy Gaines is known for his achievements in the swimming pool, winning 3 Gold Medals at the 1984 Summer Olympics and then becoming a commentator for the past seven Olympics. But he is also known for his unbridled enthusiasm and passion for life and his unrelenting perseverance after he missed out in participating in 1980 Summer Olympics because of our boycott.
