Rosalind Marshall-Jones, is an innovative leader in the health care
industry who is compassionate about making a healthy difference in
the lives of men, women and children. Rosalind has an extensive
medical background that afforded her the opportunity to see the
need for quality health care. As a seasoned health care provider,
Rosalind has built upon her strong medical foundation, by opening
Jacksonville’s Best Caregivers, an organization that provides short
and long-term health care. Jacksonville’s Best Caregivers began
operating in 2009 in Northeast Florida.
Rosalind has more than fifteen years of progressive experience that is
focused on developing and facilitating training, while building strong
networks and communities. She is a crossroads advocate for those
who need quality healthcare, crisis counseling and health care
intervention.
Rosalind has a strong educational background that includes an MBA
from the University of Phoenix; an MBA in Christian Counseling from
LOGOS; and a Bachelors in Journalism from Southern University
A&M. She has also attended North Florida Medical Institute for
phlebotomy/venipuncture, International Critical Incident Stress
Foundation and National Organization for Victim Assistance Critical
Incident Training. Rosalind also graduated from Concorde Career
College where she obtained her patient care technician certification
and other medical and non-profit certifications.
Rosalind is a strong community activist and has served JCCI as
Co-Chair and facilitator for citizen groups, addressing the Arts in
Jacksonville. She served as a crisis counselor for workers at Ground
Zero during the 9/11 terror attacks and serves as a United Way
Loaned Executive. Rosalind is also a licensed minister and chaplain
under the American Chaplain Association. Rosalind has trained with
Master Storyteller Andy Henriquez which has caused her to excel as a
speaker and motivational coach.
She is married to Dr. Floyd B. Jones and they are co-partners in business and ministry
