Launching at least 80 cruise misseles at Ukrainian infrastructure, Russia intends to punish the government for what they percive as a terrorist attack against a civilian target. Meanwhile, the people of Ukraine continue to pay the price as now they are plunged into darkness as repair crews attempt to re-establish power and water.
