The monthly dinner series is a collab with chefs around the city, doing pop-ups to help bring community together, from the farmers that grow the produce to the consumers at the table, this a full interactive dinner series. We talk with Chef Taj & Gertie Harris (Firside at 5) to talk about how they came up with the concept, the contributing chefs joining the campaign, and talk dank eats!

In addition, we talk with Chef Taj's sous chef Chef Josh Pendellton-Ridgeway and operations control (AND HEAD HONCHO) Danielle Cooke, to discuss how things operate behind the scenes, letting the listeners in on how the day to day operate for Ms Betty's Kitchen, as well as the collaborative dinner.
