There is little argument that the post-pandemic organizational environment will include hybrid work. However, many assumptions about the nature of the hybrid work model are flawed. Designing a hybrid workplace architecture is more nuanced and inclusive than merely providing the tech for remote working. In this episode we examine the broader implications of hybrid work models and propose some principles and recommendations for architects.
