Fi: Eräänä iltana, kun taivas oli juuri alkanut punertaa ja aurinko laski hiljalleen kohti horisonttia, Eeva päätti lämmittää saunan.
En: One evening, as the sky had just started to turn red and the sun was slowly setting towards the horizon, Eeva decided to heat the sauna.

Fi: Sauna oli Eevan ja hänen parhaan ystävänsä Mikon lempipaikka koko maailmassa.
En: The sauna was Eeva and her best friend Mikko's favorite place in the whole world.

Fi: Se oli pieni, mutta kodikas, puulämmitteinen mökkisauna järven rannalla.
En: It was small, but cozy, a wood-heated cottage sauna by the lake.

Fi: Eeva sytytti saunan kiukaan ja odotti, että löylyhuone täyttyisi lempeästä lämmöstä.
En: Eeva lit the sauna stove and waited for the steam room to fill with gentle warmth.

En: Mikko sat down and threw water on the stove.

Fi: Saunan lämpö alkoi nopeasti palautua, kun Eeva lisäsi kiukaalle lämmintä vettä.
En: The sauna's warmth quickly returned as Eeva added warm water to the stove.

Fi: Mikko ei voinut olla nauramatta tapahtuneelle.
En: Mikko couldn't help but laugh at what had happened.

Fi: "Eipä mitään, jännitystä saunan rauhaan!"
En: "No worries, some excitement in the peace of the sauna!"

Fi: Mikko sanoi nauraen.

En: "It's good that we can laugh at these little mishaps," said Eeva, happy.

Fi: "Juuri näin.
En: "Exactly.

Fi: Pienet yllätykset tekevät elämästä mielenkiintoista," Mikko vastasi hymyillen.
En: Small surprises make life interesting," Mikko replied, smiling.

Fi: Ja niin he päättivät illan hyvillä mielin, ja saunan lempeässä lämmössä syntyneestä välikohtauksesta tuli vain yksi hauska muisto ystävysten yhteisiin hetkiin.
En: And so they ended the evening in good spirits, and the little incident in the gentle warmth of the sauna became just another funny memory of the friends' shared moments.
