King's City, Bang Doe and 3rd Eye discuss the 2015 killing of India Kager. India was gunned down in a parking lot of an convience store in Virginia Beach, Va by an four man SWAT team. Along side Kager was her childs father Angelo Perry (also deceased at the hands of the SWAT team) and her four month old child. The four officers are still employed by the City of Virginia Beach and its time we help bring some attention to this case.
