In a small town populated by lycanthropes, a woman (Rhona Mitra) and her son (Matthew Knight) prepare for the boy's 13th birthday. However, two groups of werewolves know that the red moon is fast approaching, and the child's true power will soon come to fruition. One pack believes that the child will lead the race into the future, but the other decides to destroy him.
