On this week's episode of Low-Budget Rebels, I was finally able to get BLUE MOON director Matthew Alson Thornbury on to talk about his process and all this independent film.
We talk about those early memories in our lives and how they shaped our filmmaking goals, getting ideas out of our heads, the cathartic need to put ideas out in whatever way possible, and the strange art of directing ourselves in features.
We also talk about the wonderful John Orr, the benefit of being able to call on friends to help on truly indie projects, and the wild techniques we've had to use to get our low-budget movies made. All of this and so much more!
