Tom Burke’s career stops included educational fund raising, banking, and corporate communications, but all along the way he was a freelance writer and sports historian. He is co-author of Tales from the Boston College Hockey Locker Room: A Collection of the Greatest Eagles Hockey Stories Ever Told (2014). Tom was approached about writing Mary Wygodski’s story by Mary’s cousin, Bruce Share, who was a business acquaintance. Evil Must Not Have the Last Word is the story of the life of Mary Wygodski, one of approximately 1,500 Jews of Vilna who survived the Holocaust, out of a wartime Jewish population of about 80,000. https://veteranscribe.com/
